Jay Grusin, PhD
Jay is a retired senior analyst and manager and teacher of analysts from the Central Intelligence Agency. Among his contributions was to help create and deliver a key intelligence training curriculum and he played the same role in shaping the first sequenced management/leadership development program. Post retirement Jay continued training analysts across US Government and private sector clients. In addition, since 2018 he has partnered with Steve Lindo to provide training and publications on structured analytic tools and processes designed to help private sector organizations manage risk and uncertainty. |
